Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. No contracts, no commitments. Cancel from Settings > Billing anytime. Your data stays available for 30 days after cancellation.
Is there a free trial?
The Free plan is free forever — no trial needed. For Starter, Pro, and Business, you get a 14-day free trial with full access.
Why is X (Twitter) limited separately from other platforms?
X charges per API call (industry change since February 2026). Other platforms — Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, Threads — don't charge per post, so on Pro and Business we don't limit them. X quotas reflect the actual cost of posting on X. We're transparent about this so you know exactly what you're getting.
Why do URL posts on X cost more?
X charges 20× more for posts containing URLs ($0.20 vs $0.01). To keep pricing fair, we offer URL posts as a separate quota. If you're posting product launches, news, or articles to X, Pro and Business include 30 and 200 URL posts respectively.
Can I post unlimited content on Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, Threads?
Yes — Pro and Business plans include unlimited posts on Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and Threads. Only X (Twitter) has per-post limits because of X's API pricing model.
What happens if I hit my X post limit?
Free and Starter plans hard-cap at the limit. Pro and Business plans allow pay-per-overage at $0.50 per extra post or $1.00 per extra URL post on X — the charge appears on your next billing cycle. You can also upgrade tiers anytime to get higher limits.
Do unused posts roll over to next month?
No. X post quotas reset every billing cycle (30 days from your subscription start date).
Can I switch plans?
Yes — upgrade or downgrade anytime. New limits apply immediately. We pro-rate billing so you never pay twice for overlap.
Why INR pricing with USD reference?
ContentCaster is built and operated from India. Our pricing is set in Indian Rupees. We show approximate USD equivalents (at ₹83/$) for reference — you'll be charged in INR via Razorpay.
How many users can I add?
User seats vary by plan: Free + Starter include 1 seat, Pro 3 seats, Business 10 seats.
What platforms do you support?
5 platforms live today: X (Twitter), Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, Threads. More platforms (YouTube, TikTok, Pinterest, Google Business) coming. Free includes 1 connected platform; Starter 3; Pro 5; Business 10.
How do the AI agents work?
Each agent runs on a schedule (every 30 min to daily). They work in the background — finding trends, drafting content, replying to messages, detecting leads. You review and approve their work.
Is my data secure?
Yes. All data is AES-256 encrypted at rest. OAuth tokens are encrypted. We're GDPR compliant with full data export and deletion capabilities.
Can I export my data?
Yes. Go to Settings > Data Export for a full GDPR-compliant export of all your data including posts, analytics, and agent activity.
